Tiny golden camphor flowers hang between deep green leaves against a fresh mint background in this 20 × 20 cm original.
I love the little details in plants that you can so easily miss — the tiny flowers hiding amongst huge leaves, the strange shapes and the bits of colour you only notice when you actually stop to look.
Camphor Flowers is one of the smaller works from The Gardens I Never Had, celebrating those quieter little pieces of the garden.
Medium: Acrylic on board
Size: 20 × 20 cm
